The reports purported that during Wednesday’s Eurogroup’s Working Group meeting Greece was told submit a new list of reforms within the next six working days.

European Commission Chief Spokesperson, Margaritas Schinas said: “We continue to work with other institutions and the Greek authorities.

“We are making progress and we expect to make more during the upcoming days and weeks.

“The goal is to have a complete, specific list, to be agreed with the institutions by the end of April.

“This is as established in the Eurogroup’s extraordinary meeting last Feb. 20.

The next meeting for the 19 finance ministers of the Eurogroup, which is led by the Netherlands’ Jeroen Dijsselbloem, is scheduled to hold on April 24 in Riga.

“Before that, we don’t expect anything to happen, although anything that might come up in the meantime will be more than welcome,” Schinas added. (AGI/NAN)
