    South Africa’s September manufacturing output up 0.1 percent

    JOHANNESBURG (Reuters) – South Africa’s manufacturing output rose by 0.1 percent year-on-year in September, following a revised 1.5 percent expansion in August, the statistics agency said on Thursday.

    Statistics South Africa said factory production on a month-on-month basis fell 1.0 percent in September, and increased by 1.7 percent in the three months to September versus the previous three months.
