Investors Gain N23.34bn As Market Sentiment Closes Positive note

local investors gain as Nigerian Equities market closed today on a positive note, as NSEASI appreciated by +0.18% to close at 26,739.44 points as against -0.60% depreciation recorded previously. Its Year-to-Date (YTD) returns currently stands at -14.93%.

Market breadth closed positive as EKOCORP led 20 Gainers as against 13 Losers topped by ABCTRANS at the end of today’s session- an improved performance when compared with yesterday’s results.

Market turnover closes positive as volume moved up by +28.05% as against -34.47% downtick recorded in the previous session. UACN, FBNH and ACCESS were the most active to boost market turnover. MTNN and UACN topped market value list.
