United Capital Plc has notified the Nigerian Stock Exchange that its Director of Resources, Bolanle Ibitola, acquired 1.7 million units of United Capital Plc shares, worth ₦7.021million in line with the new Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) insider dealing policy.
In a note signed by the company secretary, Leo Okafor, and made available through the Nigerian Stock Exchange, the leading African investment banking group said Bolanle Ibitola (Director of Resources) purchased a total of 1,700,000 ordinary shares of United Capital Plc, at an average price of N4.13 per unit on November 6, 2020.
- Bolanle Ibitola purchased ordinary shares of 5,159 shares at N4.01 per unit on November 3, 2020.
Bolanle Ibitola is currently the Director of Resources at United Capital Plc with oversight on all Human Resources and Corporate Services functions.
She has over 12 years of hands-on experience in Strategic Human Resources Management especially in managing C-Suite executives.
Her core expertise includes Performance Management, Managing Diversity, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Organizational Development
Her past roles include Head, Human Resources at United Capital, Human Resources Manager at Afriland Properties Plc.
She has also worked with Heirs Holdings, Renaissance Capital, London Borough of Brent and Kimberly Ryan in various Human Resources capacities.
She holds a first degree in English Language & Literature from the University of Lagos and also a Masters’ in Human Resources from the Middlesex University Business School, London. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
