Jordan King receives COVID-19 vaccine

Amman, Jan. 14, 2021 (Xinhua) King Abdullah II of Jordan received the COVID-19 vaccine on Thursday, according to a statement by the Royal Court.

Jordan’s Prince El Hassan bin Talal and Crown Prince Al Hussein also received the vaccine, the statement noted.

Jordan commenced a COVID-19 vaccination campaign on Wednesday, with priority on vulnerable groups and frontline health workers.
